CREDAI Says Buyers Choose Flats Priced At Rs.30-60 Lakh

CREDAI a real estate industry body said in the seventh edition of the FAIRPRO 2014 concluded that huge number of homebuyers choose to buy mid-range apartments that are priced between Rs.30 lakh and Rs.60 lakh.

This real estate industry body also stated that the FAIRPRO event saw record sales of around 300 units that generated approximately Rs.200 crore of revenue.

The FAIRPRO – 2014, which witnessed a record sales of above 300 units that brought in revenue of around Rs.200 crore for the real sector and saw around 30,000 of treads. This real estate industry body also stated that around 72 per cent of residential units booked by the buyers fall in the price range of Rs.30 lakh to Rs.60 lakh.

CREDAI also gave figures of the recorded sales and it showed that around 93 apartments booked were in the price range of Rs.10 lakh to Rs.30 lakh, 126 apartments were in the price range of Rs.30 lakh to Rs.60 lakh, 62 apartments sold out were in the range of Rs.60 lakh and Rs.1 crore, 17 apartments were sold between Rs.1 crore and Rs.2 crore, 2 apartments sold out were priced between Rs.3 to 5 crore and one apartment sold out was priced above Rs.5 crore.

The FAIRPRO Event organized by CREDAI was held during the period of February 21 to February 23 in Bangalore City in which around 70 real estate developers partook.
