Tier 1 Cities Score High As Popular Investment Options

India’s economy is highly influenced by the activities taking place in the realty sector. And, developmental activities taking place in this sector are capable of improving or stalling the growth of Indian economy.

Along with metros, India’s tier 1 cities have also been centers of economic activity in the last decade, contributing directly to the growth of Indian realty sector.

The urbanization has been quite faster in these cities resulting in rapid growth. Also, the infrastructure development and realty growth has been beyond expectations in these areas. Now, many of these cities are home for popular malls, sky scrapers, luxurious surroundings, premier housing options and other activities.

For builders, tier 1 cities mean less wage expectations, reduced construction costs, less labor cost and huge returns on investment. And, buyers would find them affordable as compared with properties in a metro. Also, the lifestyle is less expensive.

Also, many opt for tier 1 cities as the ideal second or third investment choice. Future returns are the biggest attraction. And, for several others, a tier 1 city is a better choice compared with the fast-phased metro life.

Many prefer these cities to spend their retirement years. In the last few years, the developmental activities in these regions have been significant enough to ensure enhanced connectivity to city areas and a great lifestyle.

Metros have very less land and for those particular about a huge house spread in acres of land, Metros are not the ideal choice.

Evidently, real estate companies are focusing more on these cities for inexpensive construction and labor. And, many companies are now showing interest in such cities creating a lot of employment opportunities.

Examples of popular cities in this category are Patna, Mohali, Chandigarh, Nagpur, Udaipur, Agra, Lucknow etc.
