SDIL is really very affordable...Only thing, there is no guarantee that u will get ur flat.. They sell 2 BHK 856 SQft for 14 Lakhs... and somewhere down the line, they say we have not taken inflation and escalation into account... and that they are are in losses, so they ask customers to bear the loss... and the loss per customer is 8.5 Lakhs... @ about 60 % of the basic price...Otherwise they are extremely affordable..Do invest.. if u DON'T care about your money... Do invest.. if u have all the time in the world to run around the police station and courts... Do invest... if u want ur dream house to be a dream forever... Do invest.. if u want to be insulted after paying ur hard earned money... Do invest if ur an Aam admi (Common Man)...
